RECLAIM is excited to announce a new queer and trans young adult group for ages 18-25 that will be starting October 6, 2026! Reclaiming Connection is a welcoming, affirming group therapy space for queer and trans young adults to build connection while developing practical skills for healthier, more meaningful relationships. Making friends and finding community can be hard. Social anxiety, self-doubt, low self-esteem, depression, past experiences, or fear of rejection can sometimes get in the way of the connections we want. Together, we’ll explore and practice: |

You’ll have opportunities to practice new skills and learn from shared experiences in a supportive therapeutic space. Our queer and trans communities have historically been a powerful source of resilience and strength. Reclaiming Connection is a space to build a community where you can feel seen, supported, and be authentically yourself!
